- Call King Jewelers, Inc during our normal business hours.
Toll free (866) 538 - KING (5464) for a RAC (Return Authorization Code). - Prepare Your Return Package:
- Package your return and remember to include all original packaging material and original invoice or copy.
- All items must be in their original condition and in original boxes.
- Please write the Return Authorization Code (RAC) on the outside of the box you are returning.
- Request a return receipt so you can track you shipment and to be sure that your package gets to us. Kingjewelersinc.com is not responsible for damage or loss of any items being returned or sent.
- Ship It: Insure the package for the full invoice amount and ship it to:

* for security, DO NOT write Jewelersanywhere on the outside of the package - Get The Refund: On receiving the package, we will inspect and verify the condition of the items. We will take approximately five business days from the receiving date to process your returns or exchanges. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase. Refunds or exchanges do not include shipping, handling or insurance.

- Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized or damaged in any way.
- Customized or engraved items.
- Packages not insured for the full amount on the invoice.
- Packages that are not properly packaged.
- Packages without the original boxes and invoice included.
- Packages without the Return Authorization Code (RAC)
