From start to finish, everything went great. After placing my order, I received a phone call to verify that my order was correct, and emails kept me updated on shipment. After it's arrival, the screen was accompanied by check off lists of everything shipped and multiple you tube videos for help with installation. The install went great, the videos helped alot. After install, I only had a couple of issues, no sound on Carplay and the console app was zoomed in. But Alex remedied both in a matter of minutes in my one-on-one zoom video call. This was a great transaction and when I need another Tesla style screen, I will be using Workshop12. Workshop 12 has truly outdone themselves with their Tesla-style screen for the 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500. From the moment I installed it, I was blown away by the sleek design, seamless integration, and high-quality display. REAL REVIEWER HERE :) My 15.6 InDash unit from workshoptwelve is SO top the line, my Silverado is like a private jet! First and foremost, I want to thank Alex and the company for the support that’s more personalized than a custom-made pizza. When I ordered this item, they called me to confirm everything was correct, like I was ordering a secret agent gadget…. When they sent the unit, it came with a personalized letter that felt like it was written by one of the homies (in a good way). Not only that, this letter contained all the QR codes, which literally are like magic spells to solve any problems you might encounter. Honestly, Alex and his team at workshoptwelve have created videos that are so detailed, they could probably teach you how to build a spaceship. But jokes aside, if you follow all the directions and plug everything in correctly, you won’t have any issues. Just take a minute to watch the videos on YouTube, because they will answer everything you need to know! Now, I have everything in my car from Apple CarPlay to Netflix, YouTube, Internet, and a wide genre of other apps. This is not one of those off-brand units. This is top tier, like a VIP ticket to your own personalized galaxy! You will not be upset, unless you’re upset that you don’t have one yet!

If you have been thinking about doing a Tesla style screen in your 2020+ Sierra or the Silverado pickup, do it; don't think about it, just do it! I installed the Workshop 12 Tesla style screen in a 2020 GMC Denali HD with the Bose stereo setup. Install was very straight forward with no wire cutting, or modifications to your truck. You have to open up the center console and remove the cup holders to get at two 7mm bolts that holds the entire unit in place. This was the first one I have done and it took me probably 2 hrs from start to finish. Everything was plug and play into the provided wire harnesses that came with the unit. All OEM functionality works with this unit. I did add a Mint Mobile SIM card to my setup so it always has data. You could use your hotspot from OnStar but I found that Android Auto to work wirelessly needs the hotspot from the screen. Maybe there is another way to do it and will learn more about that later on with Workshop 12s one-on-one video training they do with you once you have it installed. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Workshop 12 Tesla style screen and will more than likely be installing another one in my wife's Tahoe very soon. I can't say enough about the customer service! From the day it was ordered, until later today (Jan 2025), when I sit down for a video telecon to go over the setup of the unit, Workshop 12 has gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend Workshop 12!

This screen is unbelievable. I love it very responsive way better than the original couldn’t be even happier. Everything works as it should a lot to do me being a Hot Shot truck driver the screen comes in handy. I recommend to anyone that has this year super decent.
